Job Description:

As a UX Researcher at Ocado Logistics Group, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of products by conducting insightful research, providing actionable recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies, validating designs with end users, producing clear UX recommendations, and creating low fidelity prototypes to facilitate interaction design.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have experience working in UX Research or exposure to UXR projects, knowledge of working with mixed teams in various functional areas, excellent planning and tracking abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team or autonomously. Additionally, the candidate should be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, understand business needs and user requirements, and collaborate with design and technology teams.
