Job Description:

The Part Time Social Media Content Creator (Contractor) at ONE/SIZE Beauty will assist the Social Media & Integrated Marketing team in creating brand content. This individual should be passionate about makeup, beauty, and fashion, stay updated on social media trends, and excel in content creation.

This role involves filming and editing various types of content, collaborating on production shoots, and integrating brand strategies into content creation. The content creator will focus on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, reporting to the Executive Director of Social Media. The position is part-time (4 days a week) with in-office work required for 2 to 3 days weekly.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in social and digital media

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest)

• Background in Makeup Artistry or related experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism preferred

• Familiarity with digital media and social media metrics tools (Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics)

• Understanding of the ONE/SIZE brand, products, and target audience

• Experience in managing social marketing projects

• Strong collaborative skills, innovative thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing business needs
