Location: Lexington, KY

Contract: Temporary, Part-time, Contract

Job Description

Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contracts available for photographers in or willing to travel around the greater LEXINGTON-LAWRENCEBURG-RICHMOND metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic EXTERIOR property photographs of roughly 12 APARTMENT/SELF-STORAGE/OFFICE properties starting ASAP and lasting approx. 1 WEEK.

15-20 unedited photos of the buildings exteriors should be taken and uploaded via Dropbox link. Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only. Since we try to cluster properties together based on location you may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour.

Requirements

  • Must have a digital camera
  • Must have high-speed Internet for assignments and uploads
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Some photo experience is required
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be local to the greater LEXINGTON-LAWRENCEBURG-RICHMOND area

  • Compensation: $15.00 PER PROPERTY (APTS/OFFICE) 12.50-27.50 FOR SELF-STORAGE depending on types of views captured - email for details
