Job Description

This role as a Senior Consultant, User Experience Designer at Trissential involves crafting seamless digital experiences for patients and physicians by utilizing human-centered design principles. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, develop concepts, conduct user research, and design interfaces across various platforms.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma/GED, at least 7 years of experience in User Experience Design, proficiency in Human-Centered Design methodologies, strong storytelling and presentation skills, and the ability to work in an agile/SCRUM environment. Previous experience in healthcare, generative AI, and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, etc., is advantageous.

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full-time roles, with an hourly pay range of $62 to $70 based on qualifications and experience.
