Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join the ITV Breakfast team as a Trainee Make Up Artist for Good Morning Britain, providing makeup and hair services for presenters, guests, and contributors across various content genres.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Make-up Artists, maintaining clean workstations, and ensuring the appropriate ‘look’ of all individuals on set or location.
Requirements
Minimum Criteria:
- At least 1 year of experience in broadcast television and film
- Completed BTEC Level 3 Makeup and Hair 2-year diploma course
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
- Experience in hairdressing and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Creative and artistic flair
Key Criteria:
- Effective communication with contributors and production team
- Ability to work quickly and touch up makeup/hair as needed
- Responsible for maintaining the desired appearance throughout filming
- Experience in studio and location work
