Job Description

As an Art Director at Hart, you will be responsible for crafting creative solutions across mediums like print, web, digital, social, and video. You will work independently and collaboratively to bring ideas to life and align them with clients’ strategic goals. Additionally, you will lead projects, establish design direction, and maintain the quality of work through internal and client presentations.

Requirements

• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating creative abilities across various mediums.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in design or advertising.
• Strong knowledge of design for digital and social channels.
• Experience in managing/directing photo and video shoots.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and proficient in presentation software.
