Job Description

The Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s social media presence. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies to maximize engagement, drive direct bookings, and enhance brand visibility. The Social Media Manager will create and manage content across various platforms, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Social Media Strategy: Create a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Content Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and advertisements.
  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the company’s audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing Funnel Development: Build a marketing funnel that guides social media followers through the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
