Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven videographer to join our team at Marketika. This role involves working with fast-growing brands and leading Marketika’s content department. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Communications, you will collaborate with clients and internal team members to produce high-quality video content that aligns with branding and marketing goals.

Main responsibilities include developing, filming, and editing social media video content, brainstorming monthly briefs, directing on-site video shoots, managing external editors, strategizing visual content, and driving the creative direction of the agency’s video content.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in video production, a strong understanding of social media content, proficiency in using professional cameras and editing software like Adobe After Effects and Premiere, and a track record of delivering projects on schedule. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a content creation department are also required.
