Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in either London or Leicester, with a hybrid setup of remote work and in-office collaboration. As a Senior Product Designer at Dunelm, you will play a key role in creating delightful experiences for our customers, making home life lovelier through innovative design solutions.

You will be working closely with our Tech Team on impactful projects that contribute to the overall success of our business. This role offers a creative and supportive team environment where your ideas and designs can flourish.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impactful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
• Strong communication skills to present and advocate for design solutions.
• An understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, alternating between remote work and in-person collaboration.
