Job Description:
As a Software Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will be responsible for providing application development and support to tools that deliver data at the first point of relevance for mission analytic users. Your duties will include software development, technical services, integration of existing software, and database services development.
Requirements:
Required Education and Experience:
Education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, or equivalent experience.
Four years of experience can substitute a Bachelor’s degree.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical experience with Java Web applications and RESTful Services.
- Analyzing user requirements, debugging and correcting defects, designing and writing software, and writing software system documentation.
Desired Qualifications:
- Technical experience with Angular, Docker/Kubernetes, Mongo DB/Elasticsearch
- Experience with consuming and writing web services, generating technical documentation, and writing Linux based scripts. Familiarity with Agile, Git, MAVEN, Jira, and Confluence.
