Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for designing multi-channel customer-centered experiences, with a focus on VUI or conversational design in contact centers and virtual assistants. They should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be a highly effective communicator with technical expertise, and have the ability to build strong relationships across different business functions.

Key responsibilities include designing voice and text-based conversational flows, VUI/IVR flows, and using data-driven insights to inform decisions and represent them visually within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, or design program or relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience designing multi-channel customer-centered experiences
• 3+ years of experience in VUI or conversational design in contact centers or virtual assistants
• Experience in a matrixed environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with designing VUI/IVR flows and conversational flows
• Ability to work collaboratively across different functional areas
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to support decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, technology, or design program
• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience with Visual Design for ChatBot
• Experience with scaled agile (SAFe) methodology
• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, LucidChart, Visio for dialogue flow development
• Healthcare industry experience

Additional Details

This is a contract position with a pay range of $46.75 - $56.30 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, and health insurance. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience and be comfortable working remotely on an 8-hour shift.
