Job Description

MATTE is seeking a Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute online campaigns using various digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Write for editorials, newsletters, social posts, promotional event content, and marketing decks.
• Create and manage content marketing initiatives including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams for integrated digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record in developing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and creative thinking skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Compensation
