Job Description:

Softonic is seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join their Product team. The role involves impactful contributions to the company’s business verticals, optimizing conversion funnels, proposing recirculation strategies, and developing recurrence tactics. The Product Designer will utilize data-driven behavioral design to create functional solutions balancing user needs and business growth. They will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to make strategic decisions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and experience with UI kits and design systems
• Proficiency in Figma, creative cloud tools are a plus
• Experience with iOS, Android, and web platforms with knowledge of UI design principles
• Data-driven design culture and ability to make decisions based on key metrics
• Knowledge of technical requirements for feasible and effective design implementation
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to mentor team members
• Continuous learning mindset and proactive feedback approach
