Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our team. As a Videographer/Editor, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos for various projects. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in video production and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and record video footage for a variety of projects, including events, interviews, and promotional content
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other editing software
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects
• Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet the required specifications
• Maintain and organize video files and assets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in videography and video editing

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other video editing software
• Strong understanding of film principles and storytelling techniques
• Experience with post-production processes such as color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects
• Knowledge of motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects is a plus
• Familiarity with photography principles and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Experience: Filming: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute: Santa Barbara, CA 93103 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate: Santa Barbara, CA 93103: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
