Job Description:

n2y is seeking an established and self-driven Product Designer with 3+ years of design systems experience to be a key IC for the product design team and pods. The role involves actively building up the foundational design system, conceptualizing intuitive product experiences with cross-functional teams, defining key product problems, shaping strategic solutions, implementing new UX design patterns, and crafting design vision in Figma through prototypes.

Requirements:

Desired skills and qualifications for the role include between 3-6 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, 2 years of experience building out a design system, a strong portfolio showcasing capabilities, a degree in Graphic Design or UX Design, mastery of Figma, strong understanding of front-end development principles, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional preferences include past wins in elevating organizational design maturity, expertise in content strategy, interest in the education field, active curiosity in design trends, and experience conducting user research. The role is a contract opportunity and does not offer full-time benefits.
