Job Description
The Digital Marketer & SEO Specialist is responsible for supporting departments and creating content regarding SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, campaign reporting, and customer segmentation. Primary responsibilities include research, recommendations, reporting setup, content creation, and implementation/maintenance of projects and campaigns. Developing sound SEO strategies, content creation, conducting keyword research, link-building programs, and performing website audits are key tasks. The role also involves utilizing various tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and more to measure success and identify issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing research, business, or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set clear priorities
- Experience with keyword research and website optimization
- Proficiency in web development (no coding required)
- Familiarity with tools like SEM Rush, Looker, and more
- Up-to-date on industry best practices and algorithm updates
