Job Description

First Avenue is seeking an experienced Stagehand to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be focused, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. The role involves setting up and tearing down stage equipment, scenery, props, and technical equipment. Stagehands will work at various venues in Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and surrounding cities to support operational and staffing needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years experience as a stagehand or in live entertainment
• Strong understanding of concert and theatre production processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
