Job Description
Bella & Duke is seeking a motivated Digital and UX Designer to join the CRM Team. The role involves crafting user experiences across various digital platforms, creating impactful creatives for customer engagement, and collaborating with stakeholders for multiple creative executions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital graphic design, be able to work across multiple sprints, and possess the following technical skills:
- 4+ years experience in a design role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom), AfterEffects (advantageous), and Figma
- Ability to maintain brand identity through design and content
- Understanding of digital production processes
- Demonstrated creative design skills across various mediums
