Job Description

Our client is looking for a UI/UX - 3D Artist to develop immersive experiences using augmented and virtual reality technologies. The role involves collaborating with engineering and design teams to create 2D/3D static and animated content, asset optimization, implementing interactive objects, and outlining asset authoring guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of years of experience as a 3D generalist, motion designer, or illustrator in creative agency, game, or film industry.
• Online portfolio showcasing relevant work in various styles, compositions, and designs.
• Proficient in 3D modelling and asset creation tools such as Maya, Blender, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop, etc.
• Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize content and asset performance.
• Task-driven, proactive, and able to work well under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional content development experience.
• Prior virtual/augmented reality experience.
• Knowledge of shader development and emerging technologies.
• Experience in creating concept art and working with different graphic styles.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or Perforce.
• Experience collaborating with outsourced vendors.
• Creative mindset to enhance processes and product experiences.

Salary: £114,004 per annum
