Location: Remote

Contract: Full Time, Part Time

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Strategist to join our dynamic team across 3 brands to drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights. The Digital Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize online marketing channels like the website, email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee content creation and team management.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights for decision-making.

Targets

  • Increase website traffic and online visibility.
  • Achieve growth in lead generation and conversion rates within the first 3 months.
  • Enhance social media engagement and follower growth within the first 3 months.
  • Improve email marketing open rates and click-through rates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Wordpress, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.

Management Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and copywriters.
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and encourage professional development.

Work Details

  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  • Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
  • Benefits: Company events, Employee discount, Work from home
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
