Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging multimedia content for websites, social media, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative designs
- Develop interactive design elements to enhance user experience
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve design concepts
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Balsamiq for wireframing and prototyping
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Familiarity with Interaction Design (IxD) and User Experience (UX) design principles
- Strong understanding of User Interface (UI) design best practices
- Ability to analyze user engagement metrics and make data-driven design decisions
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating multimedia content
- Proficient in CSS for web design and customization
- Familiarity with SharePoint for content management
