Job Description
This position is for an AI Engineer at VideoXRM, focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Machine Learning (ML) pipelines. The AI Engineer will collaborate with various teams to develop innovative AI solutions, particularly in multimodal LLM for video understanding. The role can be part-time or full-time and is remote-friendly, offering flexibility in working arrangements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with open-source LLM and/or MLOps is a plus
- 5 years of experience in AI & LLM is preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Fine-tune AI models for enhanced performance and accuracy
Other Information
- Equity-only position until current financing is completed, then converts to market salary + equity
- Company: VideoXRM, a video sharing and networking platform
- Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week, flexible schedule Monday to Friday
