Job Description:

Pro Property Shots, L.A.’s premiere real estate photography company, is seeking experienced photographers and videographers to join their team on a freelance basis. Photographers are paid starting at $100 per property shoot and above. Editing is done by an in-house Photoshop editor, so photographers only need to upload RAW files. Videographers must meet quality and equipment standards, shooting real estate videos with specific camera and gear requirements like a gimbal and a drone.

Requirements:

Photographers:

1. Must have experience shooting real estate photos.
2. Must have general liability insurance or be willing to obtain it.
3. Dependable transportation is required.
4. Must have a DSLR or mirrorless camera that can shoot five exposures two stops apart.
5. Need a wide angle zoom lens of 17mm or wider.
6. Must have a good eye for scene composition.
7. Must possess a sturdy tripod.

Videographers:

1. Experience in shooting real estate videos is a must.
2. General liability insurance is required.
3. Dependable transportation is essential.
4. A DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of shooting at least 1080p 60fps is needed.
5. Must own a wide angle zoom lens of 17mm or wider.
6. Great composition skills for quality video footage are necessary.
7. Should have a 3-axis motorized gimbal and a drone.
