Job Description:

The Application Developer will work as a software developer/engineer on small to mid-sized projects to build software and solutions. The role involves participation in the SDLC process, troubleshooting, and implementing custom written and vendor sourced enterprise software. Responsibilities also include configuration, customization, and integration with internal and external small-scale systems. The developer will collaborate with team members, stakeholders, vendors, and partners in designing and deploying software solutions for the County.

Requirements:

• Modern/responsive design, programming principles and techniques-3yrs
• Basic SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) stages/phases, tools, and concepts.- 3yrs
• Designing, coding, testing, and debugging of software applications- 3yrs
• Development in .NET frameworks-2yrs
• Powerapps development and workflow design in power automate- 1yr
• Client side and server side programming-1yr
• Microsoft Office 365- 1yr
• SQL database scripting, data analysis, and report writing in SSRS-1yr
• Azure Devops or TFS deployment and management-1yr
• I/UX design with application navigation fundamentals- 1yr
• API / interface development for various online platforms- 1yr
