Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy and implementation throughout the Group, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and mentor the marketing team. Responsibilities include expanding digital and offline marketing, creating advertising campaigns, analyzing target audience trends, conducting market research, and collaborating with all departments for marketing assistance. Additionally, attending seminars, conferences, networking events, and ensuring colleagues are maximizing social media use are key tasks.

Requirements:

Qualifications in Marketing, proven experience in marketing and social media strategy, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, creativity, adaptability under pressure, autonomy, and collaboration with the senior management team are required. Knowledge of the property industry is desirable. Line management skills and support for the Marketing Team are also essential.

Other Information:

This is a full-time temporary contract for 12 months with a salary of up to £35,000.
