Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Applied Machine Learning Engineer based in Miami, FL. The role involves building and integrating end-to-end lifecycles of large-scale, distributed machine learning systems using the latest public cloud & open-source technologies. Responsibilities include training, evaluating, and debugging machine learning models, developing tools and services for improving ML systems reliability and accuracy, collaborating with data engineers to solve complex problems at scale, leading technical projects, and contributing to a team culture that values engineering excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of AI/ML Software Engineering in highly complex enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience developing end-to-end Generative AI business systems + solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and Perl.
• Strong experience with machine learning/deep learning algorithms/packages such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Spark ML, Keras.
• Knowledge and experience with AWS cloud technologies and solutions.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to explain the value of ML and AI to business leaders.
• PhD in Computer Science/Machine Learning.
• Strong background in machine learning and AI with expertise in various areas like computer vision, NLP, deep learning, etc.
• Proficiency in ML modeling frameworks and software development skills.
• Significant experience building end-to-end data systems.
• 5+ years of experience.
