Job Description
HelloKindred is seeking a skilled UX Writer/Content Designer to join their Design team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly content that aligns with brand and business objectives. The UX Writer/Content Designer will be responsible for integrating content design throughout the design process, advocating for best practices, ensuring consistency across platforms, and actively participating in the design process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UX writing/content design
- Proven ability to create content aligning with brand and business objectives
- Strong understanding of content design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a trust and safety context preferred
- Passion for language and user experience
- Collaborative mindset
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with content management systems and design tools
- Experience in user research, usability testing, SEO best practices, Agile methodologies, technical writing, or documentation
