Job Description:

• Working independently and with project teams on projects from schematic phase to construction administration.
• Designing projects of various scales and coordinating with multiple consultants.
• Creating 2D and 3D representations of design sketches or projects.
• Preparing architectural documents using BIM and CAD software.
• Developing solutions to design and technical problems, collaborating on project design.
• Ensuring quality control, document review, and occasional travel between Texas and California.

Requirements:

• Preparing and maintaining budgets, inventory tracking, and construction schedules.
• Assisting with ordering samples, liaising with contractors, clients, and vendors.
• Designing architectural details such as built-ins, moldings, and tile designs.
• Drawing furniture layouts in CAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Observing subcontractor or contractor progress and quality of work.
• Having a positive attitude, strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Possessing strong communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team.
• Having experience in construction documentation and design detail development.
• Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• Typical work schedule: Monday to Friday.
