We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and focus on designing high-quality financial products in the asset tokenization space. This role involves leading the design process from conception to implementation, collaborating with the product development team, and continuously improving products based on user feedback and industry insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product designer in the Web3 and FinTech space, particularly with trading apps, banking apps, wallets, and asset management platforms
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Strong focus on UI design, with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs
• Problem-solving skills and capability to develop innovative design solutions
• Experience working in agile development teams and understanding of agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders
• 4–5 years of experience in the Web3 and FinTech Industry
