Job Description
As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver human-centered products and services for Customer Office. Your responsibilities include analyzing, planning, mapping, and creating valuable and intuitive experiences for customers.
Senior UI/UX Designer role involves understanding customer needs, consolidating interactions, creating user flows, identifying new product opportunities, improving design frameworks, prototyping, defining design patterns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, proposing design improvements, conducting workshops, analyzing failures, and identifying opportunities for improvement within existing services.
Requirements
- Experience in designing software requirements using tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, Teams, MS Office, Adobe CC
- Understanding of Human Centered Design principles
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and iterate rapidly
- Experience in leading Design Thinking workshops and design sprints
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and engage with various stakeholders

- This is a contract position with hybrid work arrangement of 2 days per week onsite in Newark, NJ
