Job Description

We’re looking for a Midweight UX Writer to join our team at the UK’s largest supermarket. You will shape experiences across app, web, self-service checkout, and more to help millions of people shop better. Your role involves collaboration with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to create engaging and consistent user experiences. You will be responsible for creating and iterating content, conducting user tests, and contributing to best practices and content design systems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience in UX writing, a portfolio showcasing engaging projects, understanding of UX best practices, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail, dedication to understanding user needs, passion for creating seamless customer experiences, and knowledge of accessibility and inclusivity are essential. A strong collaborator with excellent communication skills and adaptability to various customer journeys is preferred.
