Job Description:

A rare opportunity for an experienced UX designer to join a fast-growing ecommerce Optimisation and Experimentation agency in Melbourne. The role involves guiding and mentoring other UX designers to improve the user experience and conversion impact for multiple international brands. The position offers a 4-day work week, remote/hybrid WFH setup, and flexible working hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a UX design role at an agency or consultancy
• Experience with multi-faceted ecommerce projects, including digital insights, analytics, and UX mockups
• Proficiency in design software like Figma, Invision, InDesign, or Photoshop
• Ability to meet deadlines and work flexibly due to client timezones
• Experience with project management tools like Trello or Asana
• Bonus: Knowledge of website backends (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc)
• Bonus: Familiarity with Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) and AB testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize)

The role involves identifying customer pain points, designing solutions, proposing test ideas, and maintaining brand consistency.
