Job Description
Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements. Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on user needs and business requirements. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in Banking Cards Campaign management. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Designs, Building wire frames and Manhattan Design systems. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
