Client: Minted

Location: Remote from the US

Contract: Temporary, Full-time

Job Description:

• Deliver best-in-class design for Minted’s creative team.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive brand awareness.
• Create engaging print and digital deliverables.
• Execute projects across various media, such as advertising, print, digital, direct mail, and social.
• Review and present creative work to senior team members.
• Problem-solve effectively and recommend solutions when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in online, print, and experiential design with a strong knowledge of content platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with understanding of UX/UI design.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for creative project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience, especially in digital design.
• Passion for design and helping team members grow and succeed.

Salary Ranges:

• SF Bay Area: $70,967 - $106,450
• Non-SF CA, DC, NY: $65,289 - $97,934
• CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, OR, RI, TX, VT, VA, WA: $60,322 - $90,482
• Various other states: $55,354 - $83,031

The position is temporary with an end date of 12/31/24 (approximately 21 weeks of commitment).
