Job Description:
As a UXR Team Lead at Holland & Barrett, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and empowering a team of UX researchers. You will drive process improvements, promote best practices, and facilitate collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Your role will involve advancing the sharing and synthesis of customer insights, managing research platforms, and contributing to product strategy and design direction.
Requirements:
- Expertise in UX Research
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and managing teams
- Proficiency in delivering cross-functional projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities
