Job Description
Designing and developing content for all digital channels, ensuring consistency across platforms and campaigns for an engaging customer journey.
Updating website content, including promotional POS, landing pages, social content, and partner media.
Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling material from inception to delivery.
Working with various teams to optimize emails, achieve click-through rates, and maximize onsite conversion.
Continuously developing and improving the website to enhance the customer experience.
Monitoring site content, ensuring brand message consistency, and providing feedback for improvements.
Requirements
Competent digital designer with experience in creating engaging visual content using Adobe CS platforms.
Previous experience working with digital assets and managing workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
Experience in product selling through marketing or retail sales, responsive email design, and UX design (beneficial).
Interest or knowledge in the outdoors and outdoor products (beneficial).
