Job Description:

I WILL GRADUATE Youth Development Program is seeking an Audio Engineer/Songwriter to work as a recording studio engineer and facilitate school programming. The selected candidate will be involved in exposing and educating students on various aspects of music production, including engineering, producing, recording, and composing. The role integrates performing arts, language arts, and technology to promote positive student behavior.

Requirements:

• Have a laptop with internet access.
• Currently enrolled in a College/Institute or a recent graduate.
• Experience in editing, recording, and mixing music.
• Proficiency in basic audio editing software such as Pro Tools.
• Ability to work and teach multiple students in a classroom setting.
• Skilled in writing different genres of music (composition and lyrics).
• Knowledge of online, free recording software and/or websites is a plus.
• Majoring or have a degree in Music Education, Audio Engineering, Song Writing/Producing.

Other Information:

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Experience: 1 year in Audio Engineering
• Education: Currently enrolled college or graduate student
