Job Description

An established, Emmy®-Award winning documentary production company is seeking a part-time videographer to work on various video projects. The role involves shooting and editing video content, working in a team or independently, and occasionally attending trade shows to record presentations.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a degree in T-Comm or equivalent professional experience, experience in video editing with Adobe Premiere, proficiency in shooting with pro-grade video equipment, knowledge of recording in Zoom and/or OBS, understanding of 3-point lighting, ability to interact with clients, manage multiple projects effectively, attention to detail, ability to lift/carry equipment up to 40 lbs, good English language skills (secondary language is a plus), reliable transportation, willingness to work from home, quick learner, self-managing, problem solver, willingness to travel, and availability for occasional early or late hours.

Additional Information

• Business hours are weekdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm, but flexibility is needed for video production.
• All work is shot solid-state and edited in HD.
• Some projects may be recorded remotely.
• Occasional attendance at trade shows may be required, involving recording presentations, booth attendance, client interaction, and setup/tear-down assistance.
• Pay: From $20.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
• Education: Associate degree preferred
• Experience required: 2 years in videography
