Job Description
The TikTok & Reels Content Creator position supports OSU-Cascades’ marketing team by producing engaging videos for OSU’s social networks. The role entails creating humorous, informative, and on-trend videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, showcasing campus life, events, and activities, and engaging with followers through comments.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be enrolled in a high school, community college, or university program, meet academic standing requirements, and have experience in shooting and editing videos for social media. Familiarity with Instagram (Reels, IGTV) and TikTok is essential, along with knowledge of current trends on TikTok. The candidate should have a commitment to creating inclusive content, the ability to work collaboratively, and be open to creative direction from team members.
Additional Information
The pay range for this position is $15.75 to $18.50 per hour. Preferred qualifications include advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, photography skills, and experience in creating social media posts for a brand.
