Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Book-on Agent where you will play a crucial role in coordinating the listing and media for our diverse range of clients. As a Book-on Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients to schedule bookings and ensure all details are accurately documented
  • Coordinating logistics for bookings, including signing important documents, measuring homes, photography, videography, social media posts and reels, drone photography/videography
  • Communicating effectively with clients to confirm bookings and explain the steps ahead
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of the property listing
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the booking process

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, and video editing software
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere
  • Strong photography skills to capture great images of properties
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
