Job Description

DKR IT CONSULTING is seeking Junior and Senior Golang Developers for one of our reputable customers. The key responsibilities include:

• Experience in back-end type safe programming language Golang
• Comfortable/experienced with back-end micro-service architecture and communication, specifically REST and asynchronous messaging services (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.)
• Experience within a Scrum framework working as part of a team to deliver business functions and customer journeys with testing and automation throughout the CICD pipeline to production
• Understanding of test-driven development, including various types of tests
• Experience in software engineering methodology like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Waterfall
• Knowledge in continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD) and continuous testing (CT) tools such as Jenkins, Rally, JIRA, GIT or SVN

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a modern development stack, with Golang preferred
• Experience in application design, software development, and testing, preferably in an Agile environment
• Experience working with Git on small to medium-sized teams
• Experience with open-source frameworks is a plus, especially maintaining or contributing to open-source projects
