Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Photo Editor to join our team. As a Photo Editor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and retouching our photos to meet our high standards. You will work closely with our photographers and production team to ensure that every image we deliver is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and retouch photos, focusing on color correction, exposure, and overall image enhancement.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all images in accordance with our brand standards.
• Collaborate with photographers and other team members to understand project needs and deliverables.
• Maintain an organized workflow, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in photo editing and retouching.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Photo Editor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software.
• Strong understanding of color correction, photo retouching, and image enhancement techniques.
• Knowledge of video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and 3D animation is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with youth sports photography.
• Familiarity with the New York area, especially in youth sports settings.

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 30 per week
