Job Description

The freelance internal communications copywriter will be responsible for creating engaging content for various internal communication channels such as emails, newsletters, social media, and intranet. The role involves collaborating with HR and other departments to create targeted communications that align with the company’s tone, style, and brand guidelines. Additionally, monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of internal communications and suggesting improvements will be part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a copywriter in internal communications
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of communication principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of creativity and adaptability

Other Information

• Contract: 3-4 days per month rolling contract
• Location: Remote working with occasional meetings in London or Manchester
• Day rate: £350-450/day
