As a Video Game Animator specializing in Scripted Events, you will play a crucial role in bringing our upcoming game to life. You’ll closely collaborate with other technical colleagues, including Technical Animators, Technical Designers, and Level Designers, to create captivating interactive player moments. This position allows you to engage in technically rewarding experiences while participating in the creative process. Our studio operates in co-development with our main studio in China, focusing on a narratively-driven single-player linear game.

Requirements

• Senior Level: We seek an experienced animator with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in gameplay animation.

• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with move sets, animation states, and behavior trees.

• Shipped AAA Games: Minimum of 2 shipped AAA games as part of an animation team.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized.

• Principles of Animation: Proficiency in and ability to demonstrate the 12 principles of animation.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in animation software (Maya, Blender, etc.) and experienced in working with a video game engine (Unreal Engine preferred).

• Passion for Games: A genuine love for video games and a desire to contribute to an exciting project.
