Job Description

The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with experience in online advertising and content creation, familiar with emerging digital platforms and omni-channel marketing. You should be aware of design trends for financial services, bringing innovative approaches to our design capabilities and marketing, while not being afraid to take considered risks or learn from failure. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with design partners delivering diverse ideas where common sense and simplicity prevail over complexity
• Confidently manage and own projects from brief to deployment working with multiple stakeholders
• Maintain strong working relationships with team members, external creative agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Make decisions and move quickly - embrace failing fast, learning, and starting again
• Ensure design guidelines and best practices are followed throughout the design process
• Effectively communicate design rationale both verbally and visually with engaging presentations
• Deliver design outcomes to stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
• Quality check and proof all design and production output
• Engage in and incorporate feedback from critique
• Produce high-quality presentations and design work for marketing campaigns and projects
• Enhance all designs to meet firm-wide accessibility standards
• Ensure customers are at the heart of everything we do
• Work with Compliance and marketing stakeholders to understand legislative approvals necessary for relevant channels

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an in-house design studio or creative agency at mid-weight level
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual, graphical, and marketing design projects
• Experience delivering large scale multi-channel projects with a consumer focus
• Meticulous attention to detail and good project management processes
• Able to respond quickly to urgent requests and prioritize agilely
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign) - animation skills a plus
• Knowledge of After Effects is beneficial
• Experience/interest in creating print production collateral
• Passionate about maintaining brand consistency
• Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
• Excellent team player with flexibility/adaptability
• Experience in the Atlassian suite of software (Jira & Confluence) is desirable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
