Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager for a 9-month Fixed-Term Contract at Mercedes-Benz Cars. In this role, you will implement compelling marketing communications that resonate with our audience, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and brand guidelines across all marketing channels. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering industry-leading campaigns and activations to support our Agent Network in achieving core business objectives.

Your expertise in digital marketing and retail is essential as you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, managing tactical brand campaigns while focusing on key business objectives. Responsibilities include effectively managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns, reporting and analyzing spend data, and enhancing Agent Network event offerings to increase foot traffic and customer engagement.

Additionally, fostering relationships within the Agent Network through excellent communication skills and delivering persuasive presentations are key aspects of this role. You will also enhance team performance through personalized development plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
