Dibble Digital is a small, full-service digital marketing agency in Towcester, Northamptonshire, focused on providing tailored digital marketing solutions to help SMEs optimize their sales and marketing processes. We are looking for a creative Content Marketer with strong writing skills and a passion for marketing to contribute to our team. This role offers flexibility and opportunities to work closely with our CEO, gaining hands-on experience across various digital marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Write and edit engaging content including blog posts, webpages, social media posts, and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with SEO principles and maintaining brand consistency.
Content Strategy Development: Support the creation of content marketing strategies and assist with market research to inform these strategies.
Collaboration, Coordination, and Project Management: Manage relationships with the CEO and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Analytics and Reporting: Track content performance metrics and prepare regular insights for improvement.
Client Interaction: Assist in understanding client content needs and presenting strategies and performance reports.
Thought Leadership and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on marketing trends and contribute to the agency’s thought leadership by publishing articles.
Administrative Duties: Involved in internal process development, record keeping, and client resolution projects.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing agency role.
• 2+ years of experience in copywriting with knowledge of sales copy techniques.
• Previous design experience using Canva or similar creative tools.
Essential Skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic design tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong time management skills.
• Full UK driving license.
Beneficial Skills
• Experience in website design.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Degree level education in marketing, business, or technology-related fields.
