Job Description

We’re seeking experienced Freelance Sports Videographers for the upcoming football season at Mai Day Productions, a leading video production company specializing in high-quality sports coverage. If you have your own gear and a passion for filming live sports, especially football, we want to hear from you. This role requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, as that’s when the action happens. We have teams all over the state, so we’re looking for videographers in all areas to apply. Whether you’re in the north, south, or central regions, we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

• Film high school football games, capturing the fast-paced action on the field.
• Work closely with our production team to ensure footage meets our quality standards.
• Maintain and manage your own videography equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in filming live sports, particularly football.
• Your own videography equipment (camera, lenses, tripods, etc.). Candidates with their own gear and reels will be given first priority.
• Strong portfolio or reels showcasing your sports videography skills.
• Availability on Friday nights and weekends is a must!
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with different camera setups and filming techniques for live sports.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to capture dynamic, engaging footage.

Compensation

Pay ranging from $75-125 per game. This role is on a per job payment basis.
