Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract at Mercedes-Benz Cars, you will support the Digital Marketing Manager in the development, delivery, and optimization of national digital-first media campaigns. Your focus will be on supporting sales objectives for key business areas such as Fleet, Customer Services, and TEV.

You will be responsible for preparing and delivering impactful national media campaigns, coordinating across the business to utilize the entire channel mix (digital and broadcast) for brand campaigns, lead generation, and revenue enhancement. Maximizing media efficiency, integrating new media opportunities, and collaborating with marketing agencies will be key parts of your role.

Monitoring ongoing campaign performance, leveraging analytics for insights, ensuring brand consistency with the Region Europe Content Hub Team, and managing budgets will also be essential tasks.

Requirements

- Experience in developing and delivering marketing campaigns.

- Paid Media experience is advantageous but not essential.

- Experience in managing and partnering with suppliers.

- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting dashboards to identify campaign insights and optimize performance.

- Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity to measure, test, and learn for optimal results.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

- Advanced presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
