Job Description

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding portfolio of 10 high-end hair and beauty salons operating under three distinct brand names. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Expert to join our team and help drive our digital marketing efforts across multiple brands.

As our Digital Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across our portfolio of salons. While you won’t be responsible for creating content, you will work closely with our dedicated marketing content team to ensure that all advertising campaigns are impactful and successful. Additionally, you will occasionally update products and pages on our third-party managed website as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopify
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools like Klaviyo and integration platforms like Zapier
• Experience in data analysis and reporting with a focus on improving marketing performance
• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify platforms for occasional updates
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools is preferable

Skills:

• Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Passion for marketing, data-driven decision making, and a keen eye for detail

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient in using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopify
• Experience with marketing software like Klaviyo and booking software like Zenoti (training provided)
• Knowledge of Zapier or similar automation tools
• Familiarity with APIs and integrating multiple platforms
• Experience in managing occasional updates on WordPress and Shopify websites
• Understanding of SEO principles and tools

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Advertising: Develop, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with the content team.
• Email and WhatsApp Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, develop WhatsApp marketing strategies for direct engagement.
• Advanced Marketing Segmentation: Utilize Zenoti for customer segmentation, analyze customer data, and automate marketing workflows using Zapier.
• Website Updates: Update products and pages on WordPress and Shopify websites, coordinating with third-party website management.
• Loyalty Scheme Management: Manage and optimise the existing loyalty scheme using Zenoti, monitor its effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data, provide insights and recommendations, and report on key performance indicators to the management team.
